It depends on the scope. We agree the timeline in the proposal before we start, and you get a status update every Friday until launch.

Projects are fixed-scope and fixed-price: Focused £15,000, Medium £25,000 and Major £35,000. We confirm the price in the proposal before we start. VAT registration is under application; prices will show VAT once registered.

Focused is one discipline and one clear outcome, such as a brand platform, an identity or a website. Medium is two disciplines working together. Major is strategy, identity and website as one project, from Find to launch.

Start with a project when you need something made: a brand, a website or a launch. Choose a partnership when you want steady support every month.

There are three. Creative (£2,500 a month) is creativity on tap: ongoing design and content. Growth (£4,000 a month) runs growth as one plan: channels, campaigns and measurement. Strategic (£6,000 a month) puts strategy at the top table: senior strategy, brand and growth leadership.

Yes. Many clients start with a project and move to a partnership once the brand is live. You can change or end a partnership with notice, as set out in the agreement.

You do. Once the final invoice is paid, the work is yours.

We ask every client before we publish anything. If you would rather keep a project private, we will.

Find: research into your business, customers, culture and market, including a workshop with your team. You get a short Find summary before we move to Shape.

You get a status update every Friday, from kick-off to launch, and a reply to any question within one working day.

In a shared Dropbox folder you can open at any time. Final files are delivered there too.

Yes. We work with founders across the UK and beyond. Most of the work happens remotely, with workshops in person or on a call.
